hard case/i pearl- how do I get it off?

I have an ipearl hard case on my macbook air and I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to get it off with out breaking it or scratching my computer. Is there an easy way that I am overlooking? I have 2 cases and I was going to change to the other color. Any suggestions would be great!

I used a stiff credit card to wiggle under the tabs and pop it off.
