Hard disk sleep time

Hi! I use a pair of external HD's with my iMac and I was just wondering can I adjust the hard disk sleep time anywhere? I know there's the checkbox for the sleep in Energy Saver in System Preferences but it doesn't really give any choice for the actual sleep time. I'd like to extended it a bit so my HD wouldn't always be spinning up when unpausing iTunes.

There's probably a way to adjust it from the Terminal?

if you go into the energy setting and select in optimization custom it lets you pick a sleep time no?
