Would this be a good purchase for my Macbook Pro 13', 7,1?

I currently have the 250GB drive, if i get this i will put the 500GB into the laptop itself and put the 250GB into the eternal case.

So yea, in your opinion would it be worth the buy? And if anyone has one are they reliable?

Thanks

If you need more space and speed, then it is. That's a very popular and good drive but all HDs will eventually die so remember to backup

I own that exact drive. Bought it a few months back to replace my stock 250gb 5400 drive.

Runs great - no real vibration issues, no additional battery drain. Good drive
