Ive been thinking of getting an external Hard Drive to backup my entire Hard Drive on my MBP. I have a couple questions.

1. How do i make an EXACT copy of my HD so that if my HD fails i can plug in my External and load up my laptop as is was when i backed up.

2. Will the space on the external taken up be 120GB (Whole Internal Size) or 60GB (Internal Size Used).

3. Will it also capture my Windows Partition so i can boot that as well

4. If this happens does happens and i have backed up my HD exactly how do i copy it to the internal again?

5. What type of external should i get ATA or SATA?
