A few days ago, my mid-2009 MBP 13" randomly stopped being able to recognize the hard drive. I plugged the drive into other computers and it worked fine, so I assumed that the hard drive cable must be bad. I took it to the Apple store and they confirmed the issue, charged me $60, and replaced the cable. It worked fine for a day, but this morning it started randomly freezing for 30 seconds or so (about every 5-10 minutes), and gave me the question mark folder icon again, although it doesn't do it consistently. It seems like the new cable is only connecting most of the time. What should I do now? (Going to the Apple store is a 4-hour trip, so I'd rather not do it again if possible.)
