Hard drive cable problem

Okay so my sister just bought a new Macbook in November and she had an old Gateway that the logicboard died on... So she removed the hard drive and brought it to me to try and move her music over from it... Only snag is that I don't recognize what type of IDE cable it is... It is a bit funky... I will post pictures in a bit thanks...
