hard drive enclosure advice

Hello,

Im looking into a dual or 4 bay hard drive enclosure that has the following specs

i.) quiet fan
ii.) feature each hard drive to be seen separately as single drive, NOT as 1 big drive
iii.) firewire 800

THere is this

but the reviews says the fan is way too loud. any other suggestions please!
