Hard Drive Enclosure Trouble

Hey all,

I recently bought this item off ebay:

I put my harddrive in and I can read just fine, however I can't delete/write to the drive. It says I don't have "sufficient privilages". What can I do about this? Do I have to format the HD as a fat23 drive?

How big can I have a fat32 drive? isn't there a limit to 32 gigs or something?

If your drive is formatted with NTFS then you cannot write to it. As you say it needs formatting with FAT32 or with the Mac filesystem format
