Hard drive failing?

Only started recently but my hard drive sometimes starts clicking when being used thoroughly(like when extracting archives) and then it will make one loud click(sounds like when my pc hard drives go to sleep) and the computer has to be restarted.

Should I take into the local apple store or see if it gets worse?

Yeah i backup daily, just a bit worried cause my warranty expires next month
