I have a 15inch Macbook Pro 2.4 GB 4GB ram late 08 unibody mac

And am looking for a bigger drive, would this work for me? or does anyone have any suggestions?

1-its IDE (ATA133)
2-its 3.5"

you need

SATA 1 or 2 drive
2.5"

No it's a 3.5" drive. You need 2.5".

That's desktop drive (3.5"), you need laptop drive (2.5"). You can have up to 1TB drive in there, grab one of these for example
