Hello,

I have just purchased a new 3TB hard seagate hard drive for my mac pro. I went to format my Hard drive in Disk Utility as I usually do with new drives. I noticed that the First name -TOP level is named Untitled, directly under they allow me to customize the name. However I cannot modify the Top level name, it just says Untitled. My other drives are named something like 1TB T310000...

IS this a problem? Is there a way I should correct this or is it ok?

I went to clone my 3TB drive with my old currently main drive. It is allowing me to clone it fine but is not asking me to make a Recovering HD with Carbon Copy Cloner like my old drive.

What is going on? AM I SAFE?

thanks guys
