I recently deleted a boot camp partition and i did all that i was told to do.

When your on disk utility you have the hard drive type then "macintosh HD under it.
When i click the hard drive it shows i have 91 GB remaining on it

When i click macintosh HD it shows its only a 200GB hd when its a 250 and only has 69 gb free??????

What the hell??

Can someone help

Your question isn't clear, but it sounds like you erased the boot camp partition and now you want to get your drive back to one partition. This unfortunately requires reformatting the whole drive.

You'll need to back up your Mac drive, boot from your OS X install DVD, open Disk Utility, change your partition scheme back to 1 partition, apply the new partition scheme, reformat, and reinstall OS X. Then you can restore your data from your backup.
