Hi everyone!

I would like to ask something. I have some question, so please help me.

I'm ordering MBP 13", 2.66GHz, 4GB ram,... 320GB hard drive with 'only' 5200RPM. So.. What is the difference between 320GB with 5200RPM and 7200RPM. How much is reflected in the speed?

How is it with these memory (8GB) - quality performance?

Thanks for help!

Approximately 2000 rpm...

As far as if you'll notice it or not, it depends on what you use your machine for.

Again, depends. Provide some helpful information and we can give you a better idea.

I would only get the 5200 RPM drive if you're saving up to move to an SSD, and so the 5200 drive is only a temporary solution. You have to realize that the HD is going to be THE bottleneck in your machine.

The 8 GB or RAM may be handy if you're running virtual machine(s) or do some have graphical/video work, which is likely not your case (since looking at a 13" machine). Otherwise you may not need it.
