Hard Drive... portable... reliable... 150-200 gigs... recommendations?

Hello,

i will need a hard drive to back up my powerbook g-4's hard drive, as well as store extra data.

the powerbook hard drive is 50 gigs... (maybe that also needs replacing?)

what brands and models do you recommend? do i need usb 2 + firewire? i mainly use macs... i'll be moving the thing around so a reliable enclosure is needed...? and preferably, to not have to plug the thing into a wall... if firewire self powered?
