So I Installed Leopard onto two Power Mac G4's with all the minumum requirements. After I installed on the first G4, i got a little random clicking noise from a secondary hard drive inside. And then at one point the hard drive wouldnt mount and the noise was gone. Then randomly came back.

On the second G4, I did an upgrade & install last night, and it seemed fine for a while. When the screen saver came on, it got stuck. But i didnt realize this till the next morning because my screen was turned off.

I restarted the G4 in the morning, and got a really really loud clicking noise, which im pretty sure is coming from the hard drive. The G4 wont boot up from the drive and it wont even mount it.

I checked Disk utility and its not there. I also have a second hard drive in there for storage which is fine.

I also installed on an iBook G4, and havent had any of these problems.

Can someone tell me whats going on with the G4's??

Also a little side question on one of the G4's. It doesnt like to come back from sleeping. I had this problem b4 leopard, and I also installed all new memory into it. Didnt help....any other suggestions??
