So I have a the newest base model mini and have upgraded the RAM to 4GB but also want to get at faster hard drive? I don't have any specific hard drives to ask your opinion on just that the drive will be 320 GB 7200 rpm. Which brand should I get? Hitachi, Seagate and Fujitsu? I don't want specific links to good deals. I just want to know the best brand hard drives out of these three for my mini. Thanks.

You're going to hear different things from different people based on their personal experiences. Your best bet is to look at specific reviews for products on sites like newegg. In my experience, I prefer Western Digital/Hitachi for Desktop hard drives and Hitachi/Seagate for Laptops.
