Hard Drive Renamed

Not sure where to post this, but this morning I see that my hard drive has an odd name... see attached picture. How could this happen? Everything seems to be working fine.

You can change the name when the icon is selected and you press enter.
Maybe you accidentally renamed it this way.

I was cleaning my MacBook Pro without powering down so that's a possibility that I clicked it without noticing. Also, want to make sure it wasn't tampered with. I have it pretty locked down.
