Hard drive space not updating

I have the "Show item info" enabled on Finder. But the hard drive space does not update. I know this because I have been importing my CDs to my iTunes collection. When I double click on the hard drive, the correct information is displayed but the label in the finder windows does not update unless I do a reboot. Any body heard of this bug or is there some way to fix it. I have my iBook for 5 days and absolutely love it.

Yeah it sucks, but from memory it only updates on log in. So you can either restart the machine or log out then back in again to update it. Hopefully there's a better work-around out there somewhere though.

Relaunching the finder refreshes the screen and drive information.
