Hey guys,

I have a Macbook 2.0GHz and 1gig of RAM and wanting to upgrade to a bigger harddrive, I was wondering if it's worth upgrading to a 7200RPM harddrive from a 5400 RPM while I'm at it - will it make a dfference?

7200 RPM drive will definitely be faster, but you're more likely limited by memory, I would upgrade that first (you'll probably notice a significant difference).

Wirth the new 7200 you'll definitely notice a difference, but I would upgrade to 2 gigs or more of ram while you're at it. Macs need just as much ram as other machines.
