Hard Drive Type for Powermac G3

Hello,
I have a Powermac G3 (B&W) 450 in which I'd like to put a new, modest hard drive (40-80GB, tops). I do not know what kind I would need. The specs for the original hard drive are ATA/33, but can I put a different kind in? If this topic has already been covered, I apologize, and you can just link me in the right direction. Thanks for your help!

check if you have a 2nd rev motherboard if you want to add an extra HDD as a slave.

HDD in the G3 can be only <128GB!
if you need a bigger HDD you can add a pci ide card (which also solves the HDD-slave corruption bug) or an external FW HDD.

you can use ata 133-100-66-33 drives, they're all backward compatible.
