Im planning on the following build. For my first MAC.
MacPro 2.8 Dual Quad Core
-4 GB RAM
-NVIDIA 8800
Dell 2407WFP
I currently have a decent PC laptop I will be using in conjuction with this setup. I am avid photographer and have taken many photos over the years. The thing is most of my files are on NTFS drives. I read that MAC OS can only read from NTFS drives and cannot write to them. Thats fine for me. What I would like to do is be able to move files from the old NTFS drives, work with them, then save them to a MAC drive. I want to be able to eventually have my current work saved on a drive that can be swappable between the PC and MAC via USB hub that can be switchable similiar to a "KVM" type switch. I dont know if they make something like this or if there is a different option in order to accomplish this task.
Thanks for the advice
