I have a Macbook with the factory 120GB hard drive. After about 7 months of use I'm almost out of space (11GB remaining) so a hard drive upgrade is going to be necessary. However, I've reached a dilemma.

Should I upgrade to a 250GB HDD at 5400RPM or a 200GB HDD at 7200RPM? I wouldn't mind having the extra 50GB, but I don't know if I'll need it any time soon. Is there a truly noticeable difference in speed between the two? The 250GB drive is considerably cheaper ($114.99 v. $179.99), but the speed boost would be nice.

Here are the drives that I'm looking at:

Also, if you know of any good deals on drives feel free to post them!

go with the 7200 rpm. faster is better. get an external if you need extra storage (200 is plenty anyway).
