I can vouch for this drive, have one in my MBP and works amazingly. Is faster than OEM and I can't tell a difference on volume.
 
The WD scorpio blues have been good, solid drives for me. The 250 gb will be at a good price point, because the 320s are the ones going into the MBPs right now. You could get by easily with a 160 or even a 120 if all you're doing is installing win7.
