Hard drive with mac Catalina

Hi
i just upgrade to mac Catalina , when i plug my hard drive it does not shown out !

i was waiting nothing change go to finder still nothing then i go to Disk Utility i found it but can it is gray and it say Unknown!

My Hard drive is ( NTFS) what should i do ?
