I ordered on saturday morning (7 am new york time) a case for my touchbar mac book pro 15".
Few seconds late i realized that i make a mistake on ordered product, i wrote an email to hard graft asking them to swap my product to the good one (same price)
They answear say that it is already too late package ... has been send ...
Note that i send my message was sent less than one minute after validating the order on line...
I reply back saying that i thing that they can probably change it DHL do not ship to Canada on saturday afternoon...
Then they offer to return the product as soon as i will get it.
Note that inget the confirmation of shipping MONDAY 3 PM european time... so it was NOT SHIPPED on saturday.
Problem, i will pay 30€ of shipping, 45€ of duty and taxes and a 40€ to return it, meaning 115€ for NOTHING !
I am desapointed with customer service with Hard Graft. their messages was telegraphic, ... cold, i can feel that they don't care at all.
This company was so cool 4 years ago, they are probably biggest, they do not care anymore.
It will be my very last order with them, and i was a very fidel customer from day 1.
So if you order from hard graft, be sure that you won't make any mistake they won't help you.
