Hard Pause When Dialing

Does anyone know of an app/tweak that would add the capability of a hard pause when dialing? Many of my contacts have extension numbers, but I don't want the extension to be dialed until I press a key.

I do know that the iPhone can insert a pause, but not sure about a "Pause until I say go" - use it to get work voicemail on the road

Yes. I know about inserting one or more pauses. This is a built in feature of the dialer. What I am talking about is where the dialer will wait until a button is manually pushed to complete dialing. On many phones, a lower case "p" is inserted for a pause while a lower case "w" is inserted for a wait. It seems that the wait feature is not built into the iPhone, but maybe someone knows if this can be done on a jailbroken phone.
