iPhone Hard reset after iPhone 5 6.1 Jailbreak issue

I did the Evasi0n jailbreak on my iPhone 5 and after a couple hours I did a hard reset and now there is what looks to be an MB counter and military time at the top bar of my phone? How Do I get rid of this and what caused it? Thanks

Do you have SBSettings installed? If so, check SBSettings options.
