Harddisk (RAID?) problem!

Machine specs:
- G4 'Digital Audio' 466mhz
- Radeon 9000
- Sonnet Tempo S-ATA => 2x 750GB Samsung Spinpoint F1
- Sonnet Tempo HD (P-ATA) => 1x 40gb + 2x 320GB Seagate 7200.9

Problem:
Both HDD pairs are mirrored. I added the samsung pair yesterday and whenever I click on the disk array after it has spinned down, the Finder crashes and I end up having to reset my system. The seagate array doesn't have this problem. How do I solve this?
