Harddrive space being used?!

Hey guys and girls - I need some help, im trying to figure out where all my HDD space is going, but im not having much luck - i remember that there is app which tells you where its all going, but i cant find it. Can anyone help me out, or suggest a free program that i can use?

Just in my own experience my hard drive disappears the most when I'm downloading podcasts and didn't realize it, or before I knew what iPhoto does I would edit pictures like crazy. It saves the picture you edited as a whole new picture so you basically have two. If you edit all your pictures it doubles the hard drive space.
