Why no MBP and hardly any other inventory on Apple's refurb site?

It's normal that inventory changes several times a day. You just have to be patient. Check out refurb.me to track when a product you want appears.

Microcenter sells older Apple refurbs but they aren't "official" Apple because they come in a brown box with no manuals or disks.

That's odd, I checked it late Sunday afternoon and there was a plethora of Airs and MBP's... 11, 13, 15...
