Hardware Mac Books Pro (2018/2019/2020)

Hello everyone,

I about to buy a Mac Pro but have a limited budget. Currently, I run a Mac Air 2017 (8GB /128GB). I very happy with it but I start to run out drive space but more so I start notice that the computer runs a bit slow because big files and many open applications.
I looking at MacBook Pro 16GB RAM and 512GB Disk becuase that is what my budget would allow.

BUT , my questions is:

Can I upgrade the RAM or HD on this machine in the future?
