Hi,

Having received my iPhone 6s Plus 128gb yesterday I'm loving the phone apart from one issue. It's widely reported. The screen is unresponsive when it's been stood for a while and you try to unlock it. It also kissers a lot when you unlock it sometimes. I've read the various methods on how to fix it and tried them all, including resetting network settings, total restore in iTunes, turning off hey Siri, turning off Siri suggestions in spotlight etc

My questions is this, do you think it's a software or hardware problem? I'm thinking hardware as some people are saying their phone is fine and as every iPhone 6s Plus will share the same software I can't see it being software.

Your thoughts?

Matt
