Hardware Question (ATI 4870)

Sorry to make my first post a question but after searching the net this forum seems to be the closest site to answering my question.

2 months ago i dumped my PC and turned to apple and bought the new Mac Pro 8 Core with 6GB ram, ATI 4870 512mb and a 30" Cinema screen.

I have since boot camped it and use vista for my gaming and thats where the problem comes about, the 4870 isn't that great and as i have a 4870 x2 left over from my PC is there any way that this will work in my new Mac pro and what is the wattage of the PSU's in the new Mac's?

i appreciate and feedback and help.

You'll need to flash the BIOS on the GPUs first.

PSU is 980 watts, IIRC.

Thank you for that, is there any info or proceedure on how to do this anywhere?

I'm not sure how specific the BIOS needs to be, but try to hunt down one for your specific card.
