Hardware Swapping (Hard Disk)

This hopefully will be a simple one.

I have one 15" MBPr (mid 2012) and one 13" MBPr (Mid 2014)...

I want to know can I swap the Hard Disk (SSD Memory Module) from the 15" to the 13" and vice versa without issue.

No, unfortunately you can't do this. The 2012 model has an SSD with a Mini-SATA III interface, and the 2014 has a PCIe 2.0 x2 interface. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacBook_Pro#Technical_specifications_3
