Hardware Test Cd please help

I was wondering if anyone had available the hardware test cd, how many mb's it is and more importantly, if someone was willing to send me the files through aim. I am in desperate need of testing my computer and was hoping that I could perhaps burn the files on a cd, this is for an ibook g4
