HARDWARE TRACKER FOR MacBook Pro

Hi folks, I got a Macbook pro and i see the tracking software of apple is only effective is the laptop is on and with an active wifi network on it and Im wondering if someone have an offline tracker I mean to install it inside the pc so I can track it even if the laptop is off or is being formatted!! this is so important for the security of everybody's laptop.

I am not aware of such a product and it would be a tricky one to make...

It would need a cellular connection so it can get accurate GPS and not rely on free wifi to be tracked...
It would need constant power even when the laptop is off...
It would need to fit within the MacBook Pro chassis so it isn't easy detected and removed...
It would need to not void the user's warranty since that would put a damper on sales...

A BT tile might be a good compromise. Might be able to squeeze one of those in, and the battery life is great.
