Hardware Update Predictor Website?

There used to be a website that had a great prediction for all Apple hardware.
It would base it off the time of the last release, upcoming events, and would give you a probability on if you should buy now or wait.

Does anyone know where this page is?

Did several searches on Google and this site is either buried amongst too many blog posts for Google to find, or discontinued. I'm not looking for an article that discusses likely future releases, this was a continuously updated calculation on release probability.

Thanks, that's helpful. I suspect that is the place I had in mind, but it's been a while since I looked at it. The format changed so I'm not sure if it's the same thing but certainly answers the same questions.
