I just picked one up at my local Apple Store but I'm confused. The two front speakers provide mids & highs like a typical boombox. One of the speakers on the back is the subwoofer and provides bass. I can't figure out what the other rear speaker is for. I don't hear any sound coming from it. Can someone help me understand???

Go+Play

One of the bass drivers on the go+play is a passive radiator. It does not give out any sound and this is why you dont hear any. It simply helps to boost the bass in the other driver.

Harman Kardon Go Play

I just bought one and it keeps shutting off "automatically" after about ten minutes. Anyone had this problem? Any advice?

Turns off after 10 minutes, very irritating

The HK go+play plays only for 10 minutes.
It looks like the battery saving function it should have also is activated when on mains. It could also that is does not detect that there is an iPod connected.

Things I've tested and didn't help in finding a solution:
Connecting the iPod on the line in
Turning the iPod on when docked (instead off on when docking)
no device connected at all resulted also in a shut down.

I bought it yesterday and will return it on Monday to the shop.
Hoping that the next one won't have the same problem.

Does anyone know how to cancel the battery saving option???

Update: Returned the go+play this evening to the shop ang got the one that was playing in the store. This one PERFECT!!!.
