I have a pair of HK Soundsticks III (the wired version) and they have recently stopped working. I took a look to make sure all my connections were correct and I noticed that the right speaker satellite's cord (the one with the volume control on it), has a broken pin. I believe it's a 4 Pin MINI-DIN plug? I'm not sure what it's called, I'm not an electronics expert. I'm getting absolutely no sound from the speakers or subwoofer.
I did notice that when I turn the speakers on and off using the button on the subwoofer, I'm getting a small pop from the right speaker. I don't know what's going on. Could someone help me out here? Thanks!
