Harmony Remote additional buttons for ATV?

What custom buttons do people add that don't come come with the default list from Logitech for the Harmony remotes i.e. 890?

I'm also trying to figure out the difference between the Play & Select options in the harmony drop down list for our appleTV.

Harmony Remote Standard Buttons
Down Arrow = PageDown
Up Arrow = PageUp
Up = DirectionUp
Down = DirectionDown
Left = DirectionLeft
Right=DirectionRight
Ok = Select
Menu = Menu
Stop = Stop
Skip Back = SkipBackward
Skip Forward = NextChapter
Play = Play
Rewind = Rewind
Fast Forward = FastForward
Pause = Pause

We have the Harmony 880 remote and I was able to teach it the Apple TV remote buttons. It works fine for us at controlling the Apple TV.
