Yeah, it sucks, but I think once the pre-orders open up, the days will go by much faster.
The iPhone 3G launch was an even worse wait, we had to wait over a month. From June 9th to July 11th.

The 3G wait was the absolute worse. I agree though that once the preorders start alot of the anxiety willl be gone because you've done your part and it's up to AT&T/Apple to deliver the product on the 24th.
Hell yeah. That was my first iPhone so the anticipation was even higher. These days, I just buy sneakers and stuff and just go motorcycle riding for hours to pass time haha. Oh, and work.
Its been the longest 24 hours! 16 days to go... 1 week to go for preorder.. oh boy, its going to be a long 16 days...!
Maybe because they still have to ship the phones to the stores and such, I don't know haha. Don't they still have to make the 8GB 3GS in the factories?
This is exactly what I'm thinking. Concentrate on pre-order. I can't wait to move up from the 3g. I just want some SPEED!! Plus I'm hearing July 1st might be when 3g gets turned on where I live.
How does the pre-order process work? Do you go to the Apple site and make an online purchase and it gets delivered on the 24th? Thanks!
Yup, but adding a line or opening a new contract needs to be done in store. Or you can pick it up in store.
