Has Adobe released a version of flash for MBA?

Well, Flash 10.2 is very efficient and one could say it's more or less designed for MBAs and other lappies. Haven't heard anything about the MBA specific version.

What do you mean? Flash 10.2 runs faultlessly on the macbook air. I am very confused. What would a MBA specific version include over the standard release?

I guess Adobe implemented the stuff in Flash 10.2.

What would be the point? To increase battery efficiency which the MBA seems quite susceptible to with flash.

Right, they just need to create a more efficient version of flash across all platforms. Resource hogging is not limited to the MBA is what I'm trying to say.

It's not a version specific for the Air. 10.2 has Mac-specific improvements and hardware acceleration for newer models, however.

For a minute there I assumed you thought that because the Air doesn't ship with Flash by default it needed a version written specifically for it.

In either case, I need to have Flash. Can someone point me to the thread or walk me through installing Flash on my Air? I've tried several times and it seems to install but when I go to a site to watch something I always get the same message that I need to install Flash.

Unless im missing something...if you need flash, just use google chrome.
