I tried to use the Facetime feature after I restored from my iPhone 3G v. 3.1.x, but my Facetime icon wasn't there. I went into settings and I turned the feature on. It activated on me and my wife's phone, but it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Go to settings and then click on phone. Turn on face time there. My wife had the same 'problem'

Had the same issue and it is not under settings-Phone either. My other iPhone 4 has it and isn't having issues.
