Right now I don't have much money, but I need to spend it because my CRT monitor is going out. I was checking out newegg's monitor's when I noticed they had a Bill Me Later feature.. I read about and decided to try it since I want the best quality monitor available.(Within reason)
Since it needed to be over $250 I decided to go for a lcd monitor + DVI cable.. I went with a SAMSUNG 740B Black 17" 8ms LCD Monitor.. I came to the decision through reading the reviews about it.. all the reviews said it was excellent with it rarely having a dead pixel.(Good thing for newegg reviews since I was originally going to go after ViewSonic VA712B-1 Black 17" 8ms (Tr+Tf) LCD Monitor Built in Speakers, but found out it suffered horrible Burn In)
Something weird happened at checkout and thats the reason why I am posting here.. after I followed the instructions at checkout.. selected the Bill Me Later feature and then read the resulting terms.. agreed to them and then I hit the last proceed button.. it then pulled up an empty cart page. Now I was thinking I would recieve some sort of acknowledgment email or something saying that your order would be reviewed. I did this late Monday night and I still haven't recieved an email or anything like that.. I checked my account on newegg and it isn't showing up that I ordered anything from them.
Has anybody here used the Bill Me Later feature? If so can you tell me if you this is normal? I keep on thinking that I have messed up somewhere on that final page..
