Hi Folks,

I have a New Macbook on order, But need more ports then one:). Has anyone seen any companies yet release a USB hub that allows (4 USB devices) to connect.

I'm very shocked apple didn't create anything like this, I mean even a splitter allowing two USB devices would be amazing.

If anyone has even seen something on Ebay for $20.00 please share.

Thanks:cool:

Someone on the forums has it already. They posted a picture of being hooked to their external display.

Im pretty sure apple makes one, and they might even have it in stock. My macbook is being delivered today and I am going to go to the apple store to pick up the USB-C to normal USB dongle today, I checked online and they already have it in stores.

Yeah. If you're using a USB 3.x hub it probably needs to be powered (unless the USB C spec has changed that?) so the C to A adapter isn't a huge additional issue.

well, depends on what device you are using?
if you are just using some flash drives, i guess it's fine?

Is that hydra dock powered ??? Does the USBC port deliver enough voltage ?

Its powered via the power supply that comes with the macbook. you plug that into one end and on the other end is the cable that goes into you're macbook.
