Has anyone actually seen a dock adapter in the wild?

I have seen a few posts from people that claimed to see them at Apple Stores but when asked for more detail, they become strangely quiet.

I haven't seen a single review, youtube video, box opening on tech sites.

It's the main accessory I am waiting for but there has been no info so far.

I haven't seen or heard anyone claiming they saw them in an Apple store!

But I am curious too ... and desperate!
