i pre-ordered a watch band and a set of band adapters from them last week i have since decided to cancel my order but every email i've sent them and every attempt to contact them has been met with silence. anyone else been able to contact them?

EDIT: i have also cancelled my apple watch pre-order.

i would keep the order. your band /bracelet options will be limitless with the click.
i have a set on order, and i have lots of bands that i swap o0ut on my various watches all the time.

i have been contacted by getclick and they have taken care of my needs in a very expedient manner. i can assume that the way i was contacting them before must not have been going through as they took care of my needs very quickly.
