Has anyone been able to place a corporate account Verizon order?

I've been trying to place a preorder upgrade for one of the lines on our corporate account since midnight, but the b2b site is in meltdown mode. I once got to the cart, but it threw another application exception error.

Has anyone been able to get an order through on a corporate account?
