Has anyone bought an unlocked phone with the AWS bands enabled?

I know the official launch of the AWS unlocked iPhone isn't until April 12, but since Apple is going to begin phasing out the current unlocked model, I'm wondering if anyone has been able to get their hands on an AWS unlocked phone yet?

Ugh. I think I might sell my current iPhone 5 this weekend. If I buy an unlocked phone right now from Apple, can I return it within 30 days no questions asked to get the new model, or think they might give me a hard time?
