Has anyone compared output quality difference between FCP and CS4 Prod Pro for AVCHD

I am trying to decide between CS4 production suite and FCS2. I know CS4 handles AVCHD natively, but my understandind is that Apple's ProRes does a great job. Has anyone compared the output at 1920 x 1080?
